Delivery Information

CHRISTMAS DISPATCH UPDATE

Dispatch Schedule:

  • We will be dispatching orders until Friday 20th December at 15:00.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed starting 30th December, with delivery expected within 1-7 working days thereafter (weekend deliveries may occur to residential addresses).
  • We will then close early, with a dispatch cut-off time of 12:00 on 31st December.
  • Normal operations will resume on 2nd January. Please bear in mind there may be courier delays this week, due to loss of working days.

Customer Service:

  • Customer service enquiries will not be responded to from 15:00 on 20th December until we resume operations under limited hours on 30th December-2nd January. Please note that response times will be longer than usual on these dates.
  • Please double-check your orders as address changes and other modifications will not be monitored during this period.

This information supersedes the below dispatch information until 2nd January 2025.

All (in stock) orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched by our Warehouse Team the same working day. Orders which are placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday only). Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Due to courier restrictions and the large nature of the items which we offer, your order may arrive in separate consignments. These can occasionally get split in transit, and may arrive on separate days. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of all consignments.

Parcel Delivery – Mainland UK (Zone 1)

*2-4 Working Day delivery service is included free of charge on qualifying orders over £40 (Ex VAT).

Orders under £40 (Ex VAT) are charged a flat shipping rate of £4.99 (Ex VAT).

Next Working Day delivery service is charged at £7.99 (Ex VAT) for orders under £40 (Ex VAT).

Next Working Day delivery service is charged at £2.99 (Ex VAT) for orders over £40 (Ex VAT).

We may be able to offer a timed delivery option for your goods. Please contact us before placing your order if you require this service.

Parcel Delivery – Outside Mainland UK (Zones 2, 3, 4, excluding BT)

For courier purposes, the following destinations and postcodes (not exhaustive) are considered to be outside Zone 1 Mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles – All AB, FK, All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM.

Delivery to Zone 2, 3 or 4 postcodes may fall outside of the next-day delivery parameters, or not qualify for Next Working Day Service. Please allow 1-7 working days for delivery to Zones 2, 3 and 4 to account for circumstances mentioned above.

Orders to Zone 2, 3 or 4 are charged a flat shipping rate of between £9.99 – £11.99 due to excess freight charges.

Delivery – Northern Ireland (BT)

BT1-18, BT19+

Delivery to Northern Ireland (BT) typically takes 2-7 working days.

Orders to Northern Ireland (BT1-18, BT19+) do not qualify for free shipping and due to excess freight charges, are charged a flat shipping rate of £49.99 (Ex. VAT).

Pallet Deliveries

Larger bulk orders may be sent via the Palletline network. Delivery via Palletline can take 1-3 days for delivery, dependent on your location.

Deliveries to all postcodes are currently operating on a 2-day delivery time-frame, and orders of this size must be placed before 12:00 for same-day dispatch.

If your delivery address is residential, we may need to contact you to confirm that you are able to accept a pallet to your premises which may cause a delay with the dispatch times. Please ensure you have placed the most up-to-date contact details on your order. 

‘Safe Place’ Deliveries

All of our parcels are sent on a tracked and insured service. On some occasions, a safe place can be chosen to leave your parcel. Please note if you do choose this service, OrderPackaging.co.uk and the couriers we use cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
