Comprising an extra layer of cardboard in comparison to Single Wall Cardboard Boxes, Double Wall Cardboard Boxes are known for their enhanced strength and durability.

The construction of two layers of corrugated cardboard wedged between three robust cardboard layers makes it no surprise that Double Wall Boxes are the most favoured option for heavy, fragile or valuable items for e-commerce businesses and removal companies when transporting goods through courier networks, or when stacking and storage of items is required.

Our FEFCO 0201 Double Wall boxes arrive flat-packed in bundles of 15 units, offering easy management of storage of units and stock control. 0201 Cardboard Boxes are some of the easiest to construct – simply open the box, fold the four corrugated flaps inwards, and use your choice of Packing Tape to seal.

Double Wall Cardboard Boxes Information

Whether you are packing bulk-orders, moving house, or packing items which simply need an extra layer of protection, we have a range of sizing options to suit many applications. All of the dimensions provided are internal, so please bear this in mind when purchasing, as this may fall outside of your courier dimension restrictions.

The multi-layer composition of Double Wall Boxes offers 5-ply construction, providing great rigidity and weight loading capacity - up to 25kg - providing suitable Packing Tape is used!

The B/C fluting means Double Wall Boxes can offer greater insulation for transit, so if you’re a food delivery company, or are shipping temperature-sensitive products, double wall boxes will be the most suitable to your needs.

Although we offer a multitude of sizing options with our cardboard boxes, it’s unlikely that one size will fit all. It’s important to ensure your packages are also protected from the inside. We provide a large range of protective packaging options, from Bubble Wrap to Loose Fill to offer an extra layer of protection for your parcels.
