You may be wondering what is the difference between Opus Bio and AirWave pillows. Both are available as pre-inflated pillows, and on machine rolls for producing void-fill in-house.
The AirWave pillows and compatible machine offer a cost-effective, void-fill solution. AirWave machine options start from the economy PWN4 model, up to the high-output PW2 model.
The compatible AirWave pillows range from economy, plastic pillows to 100% compostable, paper-based pillows.
Creating inflatable air pillows at 17 metres per minute, the Opus Bio Air Pillow Machine is suitable for high volume operations. Compatible with a range of styles of biodegradable Opus Bio cushions.
